Not sure the official name of them, but I'm a fan. Food is decent, prices are good, can get your own drinks and don't need to tip a waiter for filling up your water glass

Every time I go to Chipotle the meat is not consistently spiced
A few times have been so spicy that I could hardly eat it
Love Qdoba though. But in raleigh, salsa fresh is where it's at

IS NOT

because real meat is not consistent.
anytime meat is consistent 100% of the time is because its a chemical formula and not natural meat. (every fast food place except chipotle) 12/21/2013 11:54:55 AM

you know Chipotle became such a large chain because of heavy investment by McDonald's... (but I don't think they are connected anymore)
^I would assume it means that the meat does not taste consistent from visit to visit...

I didn't mention it in my post since we're mostly talking chains here. Same for Carrburrito and Flaming Amy's. They're both great too IMO.

Not sure how you figure. I generally get a salad bowl, and it's basically romaine PILED with all the fixins you'd get on a burrito (no rice for me, thx) and generally weighs about 2 lbs when I'm done with it.
I'll take my delicious, fresh, hormone-free, locally sourced (AMAP), organic (AMAP) ingredients any day over the other two places being discussed ITT (and btw, both of those places I've had, and every time I walk away feeling disgusted because their chicken tastes and smells like wet dog food). 12/21/2013 12:23:15 PM

Truth. Chicken at moe's barely looks like chicken. Pretty sure its probably some shit that boiled in a bag or something. At Chipotle you can see it grilling behind the line. Only thing I've ever seen on the grill at Moe's is when they toast your quesadilla on it. 12/21/2013 6:02:24 PM

If you don't like chipotle you are telling them to assemble it wrong.. Or something their food tastes the freshest of the pseudo fast food Mexican joints unless you include chubbies
The meat should have a mild flavor not taste like it's been in ass-soup all day (moe's). Beans at chipotle could have more flavor I'm told but I hate beans so it doesn't matter much for me because I say "no beans please" Their rice is good but if you don't like rice don't ask for it moron or say light rice or something ... I usually do both pico and hot salsa.
Lettuce cheese and sour cream... Yum now I'm hungry... You bastards 12/21/2013 10:00:10 PM

What do you consider "real food" if not the ingredients of a Chipotle burrito? Are tortillas, beans, rice, meat, tomatos, salsa, cheese, corn, peppers, onions, and guacamole considered fake chemicals now?

they are if they come from moes and baja fresh. i mean, theres definitely some food in that stuff but most of it is fake stuff and what isn't fake is poorly/cheaply sourced.
produced coated in toxins. meat grown with hormones, coated in toxins, and combined with a filler base.
grains and condiments consisting largely of corn based molecules.
and throw in some extra chemicals to make your brain happy. 12/21/2013 10:24:05 PM

You're crazy. They grill the chicken breasts right there in front of you, and the shit's pretty tasty imo.

Yeah the chicken at Moe's isn't very good. I think it comes in half cooked or something then they finish it at the store.

You've got to be trolling, but I'll take the bait. You realize you have a say in what goes on your burrito/in your bowl, and in what quantity right? And overpriced? A burrito is like $6.50 or $6.75. That's only overpriced if your typical go-to burrito is from Taco Bell. 12/22/2013 1:24:43 AM
