When I start out on a thing, or as long as other people are backing me up, I'm 1000% confident. The second people start to question what I'm doing/saying, that shit crumbles to nothing almost instantly. The only thing I've got going for me now is that I'm pretty good at faking it. As soon as somebody says, "Hey Ian, you sure that's a good idea?" then internally I've already decided that I've failed and should probably hang myself, but I can usually keep up the bluster long enough for someone else to chime in.

Seriously though, I am terrible at this and am wholly dependent on feeding off other people's energy.
