It has all those juices from concentrate, but just 2 grams sugar in 8 fl oz, so it must be like microscopic amounts of the juices. Plus, it has shit in it I and many others would avoid, but I know most people don't care about what goes into their bodies ![](images/smile.gif) 8/1/2014 11:33:57 PM

I got a small pack at trader joes. If I like them I hope they sell them at BJs because that shit was pricey IMO. There is a recipe on the back for chia seed pudding. Chia seed, coconut milk, honey, and flavoring (vanilla or cocoa or citrus juice) I believe. Gonna try that. 8/2/2014 8:56:46 PM

I made a modified version of this last night with some chia seeds in it. http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/banana-oatmeal-bread-10000000222215/
I just mixed some chia seed gel into Greek yogurt, threw on some grapes, cherries, raspberries and walnuts and crumbled a tiny piece of the bread on top. Major yummy. 9/17/2014 2:38:33 PM

I have been eating a teaspoon of chia seeds a day... just bought a 2 pound bag, still only half way through with the current 1 pound bag.
For those who care, here is the cheapest you can get them:
2 lbs for $12 3 lbs for $16 6 lbs for $30
