I've been going almost full pescatarian/vegetarian. Except for this past weekend at a bachelor party where all they ate was bacon, potatoes, and wings.

^^ I always get the Old Fashioned Organic kind.. haven't tried any other varieties yet.

I'd say it's because whole foods are naturally more satiating than highly processed foods. You get full quicker and it's easier to not overeat.
