From what I'm hearing, the 10 minute clean up is just for the fraternities. They also have assigned spaces now.

That sounds like a terrible idea, tons of people at tailgate don't even have tickets to the game. So they're essentially trying to get people who just drank for 5 hours to just leave 10 min after kickoff? Give the students a team that they want to watch and a decent schedule for that team to play and people will be in their seats.

If they eliminated the 5 hours before kick off time limit then this may work okay if they told everyone to be gone like an hour or two after kickoff, but 10 minutes is ridiculous.

That WSJ article mentions multiple times that rising costs of student tickets has lead to some of the decline. Do other schools make you pay for student tickets. I never paid for a student ticket at State.

I also heard that some schools were debating selling alcohol in stadium too.
