Moving because an old man who hangs out in a gay bar got a new job throwing legislation at a veto wall?

Nah, I'm staying right here in Wake County, where the leadership just went from a 4-3 Republican majority to 7-0 Democrats.

Obama makes ad for Kay Hagan.

Thom Tillis posts the ad on youtube himself.

THANKS OBAMA

He may not prevail in the next election if Ebola is not around to campaign on.

Why should people who are apathetic and uninterested vote?

^ because they tend to be the first to bitch about it? i think you're mistaking "apathetic" for "lazy"

I am not sure about other areas, but the entire time I have ever lived in Wake County voting on election day was very easy. The polling place was nearby my house, usually within a 2 min drive, walking distance really. The process was quick and wait time reasonable.

I am not sure how they fuck this up so bad in Florida, hopefully our Voter ID laws do not make it more inconvenient with long lines and problems at the polling place.

In NC failure to vote is definitely an act of laziness.

I don't have a problem with people not voting. You certainly can't blame them for voting in the assholes who win elections. And an answer of "well, choose the lesser of two evils" is a bullshit answer. 'CAUSE MAYBE THEY DON'T WANT THAT ASSHOLE IN OFFICE EITHER.

If anyone has a right to complain, it is the non-voters, because it's all the voters who keep putting shitbags in office.

*argument loses credibility when elections are more inclusive. which isn't the case now.

I didn't vote because I had an unexpected work trip to Wilmington. But I also didn't pay enough attention to know who to vote for in anything besides Hagan/Tillis and I don't really like either of them anyway, probably would have gone Hagan, but whatever.

Say I voted for Obama. Does that mean I can't complain about his actions against Isis?
