i'm not ruling out foul play but the word conspiracy has a negative connotation.

If I were an interpol type agency, I'd definitely be cross referencing the lives of everyone on that flight with the lives of everyone on mh370. if two of them were from the same neighborhood or had any affiliation, that would be a major red flag.
