Nothing really stood out to me this year, I feel like the commercials have been getting less entertaining every year. Now, mostly I'll watch the SB for the trailers.

I cannot stand those stupid car commercials that try to be all heart-felt and sentimental. What morons let that drivel influence which car they buy?

What about that commercial about shedding the "running/throwing like a girl" stigma, that was apparently a tampon commercial?

Liam Neeson was best.

I liked the Nissan one, although I saw one review of commercials say "Nissan I guess did a NASCAR commercial" which demonstrates that a lot of people missed the point of having their sportscar program in the commercial to show off their technical expertise. I'm a racing nerd, so I got it, but I'm in a small minority there.

This is it. This is our generation of advertisement writers (and, to some extent, executive types)...and, uh, they fucking sucked.

I think the best of us are probably doing nerd shit these days.
