No, walking down I-40 is analogous to doing something reckless. I think there is a giant leap in escalation for someone else to think 'well, you're doing something reckless already...so I think it's ok to take direct actions to exacerbate the situation'.

I'm glossing over stepping on someone because it should be obvious from the .gif and the video that is 1) wasn't intentional and 2) was more of a nudge with her heel. How do I know this 'step' wasn't as severe as some of you are making it out to be? Because chick in the gray hoodie seems to have no trouble lifting that arm off of the table, and pushing Ms. Soul Train down with both hands.

I'd chalk most of this up to kids being stupid. Dancing girl is clearly an inconsiderate cunt with no respect for other people, their space, or their possessions. Hoodie girl is a bitch who needs to calm the fuck down and realize that violence is rarely justified and maybe she needs to dial down the agro by about 100%.

Now, all of this also completely ignores any back story. Most likely there's some history here.
