i grew kale in my garden the last several years. i actually liked cooked kale (with Worcestershire sauce). and kale chips are okay. and it's super healthy.

You'll find any number of studies to say one thing is better than the other but Kale isn't lightyears ahead of everything else unless you pick and choose a specific nutrients you're interested in.

For instance this is biased but it shows if you look at certain things kale is worse.

^^^^I basically just looked at Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron, Vitamin B-6 and Magnesium, and Kale is higher or much higher than Watercress and Spinahch for all of these parameters

it is not close to true that "everyone" (by even any figurative stretch of the term) likes reality TV, or kale. I'm not even sure I've ever seen kale.

and i know plenty of people who didn't like Tony Hawk Pro Skater. And quite a few people who don't like going to concerts. So get that shit outta here.

i find that loaf bread from a bakery (no preservatives or stuff like, supposedly much better than Nature's Own or whatever ) is not as good as just regular bread from the grocery store when making sandwiches.

sure, there are exceptions - and i find lots of bakery offerings to be delicious - but when it comes to regular ol' sandwich bread, the "artisan", hand-made, no preservative, etc options aren't as good to me.
