Look, our offense played like dog shit today. And not even fresh dog shit. Like that old white dog shit that's been there for a month. Sure, some of that was losing Hines, but the playcalling was not good. (Also, this is exactly what I've said all along is the way to beat Finley - press, press, press and he can't do shit)

Eh I don't mind it when the defence is in man and they have to cover Finley when he lines up at receiver because it's one less guy in the box.

I was surprised we haven't passed out of it yet this season. Why save those plays for UNC/BC/Wake?

They just should have stopped running that shit in the second half (unless you're going to pass out of it). Our regular running game was decent and Finley was fucking slinging it. No point in running that shit when a good defense like Clemson's knows what's coming.

That was about my gripe about last night. Other than that...Drink called a great game and is a really good Offensive Coordinator.

We have enough weapons to be very good offensively next year. Obviously depends on qb situation. Finley struggled down the stretch and if he goes pro, I don’t think he’s irreplaceable. But I have little faith in McLendon. Maybe McKay can be solid. Or Leary, but it’s hard for me to put a ton of faith in a true freshman qb.
