Most expensive things there are a 4k tv and a desktop that was built for gaming but I don't think she cares much for the TV and the computer. Either way I will be there when she leaves so she cant.

There were 4 nights back in October she pretty much fell off radar. This was after I had 2 planned trips (a bachelor party and a golf trip) on 2 long weekends back to back late sept/early Oct. I think it started up then. Said she was staying with her cousin and all that but couldn't get her on her cell the entire night. Came back from the second trip and she was blowing me like a mad man out of nowhere. Probably was trying to keep me away from her used up vag. Would assume they were banging the whole time during that period. That is coincidentally when she got off of Facebook because she didn't want it to affect her job search. Obviously see that now she was doing us both on the low and basically had another relationship with him going on. Was trying to avoid being outed on both ends.

I opened my gmail account and hers was preloaded in. I saw an email from a potential employer that said "No" basically. I was wondering how her wording was when sending the first email, because I am a fairly good writer and regularly gave her tips on how to sound in emails. I was snooping, but not because i suspected something, but because I wanted her to get a job.

Yeah that's the worst thing...I've tried to do the get over the fact that he was hooking up with some chick behind my back...but then I realized that ever time he didn't answer the phone when I called or any time plans got canceled...all I could think of is him doing something with some other chick.

It's still hard in the next real relationship to get past that feeling. Even if the person is totally trustworthy, it's still hard to realize that they might just be in the shower if they don't answer the phone.

Good luck, buddy. Things will get better. Breakups suck big time and it's so hard to do that first first date again...but once you get that out of the way it gets much easier. Best advice is to be comfortable with being single for a bit to make sure you don't forget who you are. Then start making room for a new chick.

Exactly. Was in a similar situation. Couldn't prove one way or another that she did cheat but had a bunch of very sketchy text messages from multiple guys. She said she didn't have the heart to let them down, etc. I basically convinced/lied to myself to believe her and warped the story to fit her bullshit narrative. After that it just got worse and worse. It will change you. You'll go from being the laid back boyfriend to the untrusting controlling boyfriend. Not because you're an asshole, but because it becomes a conditioned response.

It's better to sleep alone at night, than to sleep beside somebody you don't trust / resent. Best to just let it go and get on with the healing process sooner than later. I also agree to block the number - random texts like "I miss us" or "remember that time..." went on for months after she moved out. It wasn't until I blocked her shit that I finally got some peace and closure.
