Also kinda weird: if you watch the video again, without any context about her life or background, it's classic rage. Or at least that's exactly how I've behaved. Like, you're not allowed to hit, so instead you just lob broad invectives and mess stuff up. Eventually, you wear yourself out with screaming and/or crying, and the rage ends. Then you go back and clean everything up. The cleaning is a key step in the process: part of your penance and a symbolic attempt at undoing your actions.

Observers will try to reassure you that that's "not you," or you weren't "yourself." But, when you're the one who did it, you're entirely aware that it was you, and it could happen again. It is totally humiliating and shameful and frightening.
