1979 Chevy Malibu (this is, in fact, the actual car)
Still have it, though it hasn't run in 15+ years. 7/23/2016 6:09:38 PM |

The first car I bought, at 18 years old, is still the only car I've ever owned and still the car I drive today. Pretty weird to almost be 32 and only have owned one car. 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. (besides my mom's '94 grand am I fell asleep driving and totaled since it wasn't really 'my' car even though that is what I drove in HS most of the time).
Not my picture. Surprisingly I don't have one of my own super handy.

Almost exactly like the one I had. Biggest difference was that the roof on mine was white.

'91 s-10 blazer 4 door with 4wd and a 4.3l. It had zero factory options. No power anything. No cruise control. Didn't even have a tilt wheel. Got it all wrecked and fixed it up with my dad. Got an '89 2 door with a blown motor and used the hood, fenders, front bumper, grill, and drivers door to get the 4 door together. I remember sitting in the gutted interior and bashing the B pillar back into place with a sledge hammer so the doors would fit right. It was bad on gas and fouled a set of plugs in 6 months, but it was reliable and the back seat folded down into the equivalent of a twin bed. Perfect for a 16 year old
I don't think I have any pictures. 7/24/2016 10:18:50 PM |

My parents gave me this truck when I started at State:
but then a tree fell on it during an ice storm (2002?), and the garage took months and months to fix the damage. So I got this beater and drove it into the ground.
My brother still has the truck, but it needs so much work he is about to junk it, I think.
But this one here is the one I think I will miss forever...

Mine was black. It was nearly indestructible, until I destructibled it.
