There's this lesbian couple that lives in my apartment building that keep getting into fights and calling the cops on themselves. Last night's bout must have been bad because the cops showed up with an ambulance. Then they left, then the cops showed back up an hour later. It's okay though I guess cause nothing happens here so it gives the Barney Fife looking mofos something to do.

The protocol is never call the cops. I posted what you quoted nearly 13 years before I posted this thread, which is over 5 years old now. You see, people's thinking on subjects is liable to change based on their experiences and learning, etc., at least in the usual course of things.

Now, that doesn't mean I'm keen to take a hit, but it does mean I will settle any such hash without invoking the threat of state violence.

Do not everrr call the cops!

Cops are not here to serve and protect you.

They are here to interpret and uphold the laws.

They have minimal training and do not know the laws.

Therefore, they will beat you up, kill you, or arrest you.

It's up to a judge to know and interpret the laws.

You could face consequences or mental/physical harm by calling the cops.

Cops are protected by their brotherhood and unions.

Do not everrr call the cops!

I got banned from Nextdoor for "shaming" (their words) some dildo who put out a blast to 4,500 people in her surrounding neighborhoods warning us about...someone she didn't recognize walking down the street. She suggested people call the police if they saw the person, and I replied asking them not to call the cops because "they saw a pedestrian."
