but a 15 year old can be tried as adult if they have enough melanin

Despite what trolls may have said, I don't want a lower age. I want more case by case analysis. I would even prefer a system where the age increases as the older person in the couple gets older. One example I use is "half your age plus 5"

What led you to that conclusion? Does the back of the flyer have any info on it? Or the address it was sent from hints at what you said? Because taking ^^ into account, it is very obviously the other way around.
