Mashed potatoes and gravy
Stuffing is a close second
This is the answer. If you don't agree, you're wrong and should evaluate your life 11/25/2017 7:13:38 PM

Green bean casserole is my jam with all the onions. But shits gross the next day, who wants soggy onions?
I make the gbc, and the sweet potato casserole. Husband smoked a turkey, dear god delicious. Even better as a turkey sandwich for the next week and a half. Deep fried is the jam but fuck spending $45 for one time use peanut oil. 11/27/2017 5:57:55 PM

Went to a friend's folks' place on TG.
For the first time, had GBC and turkey which were actually good. GBC wasn't too creamy like most are, and also had fresh mushrooms in it (minced), so the flavor was great.
Turkey was cooked in an air fryer/IR cooker, and was super moist. First I thought it must be deep fried since I have only ever had baked ones till now and they have been dry. But they told me they just got the IR cooker and it cooks in 45 minutes without adding any oil and turns out moist as if it were fried.
Vultured on the carcass/wings while it was being cut and sliced, then had a lot with the meal, and then had some more! First time I liked turkey, and even the white meat was moist and delicious. Dark meat was just falling apart! 11/27/2017 11:45:55 PM
