Agreed! I went into the season telling myself that I don't even care what happens because we aren't a tournament team and we have a new coach. Then we beat Arizona and had a good start to the ACC season. I'm just glad we managed to win enough down the stretch to get in the tournament. We've done well enough now that we should be able to survive Iowa State, or Pitt winning their conference tournament and stealing a spot from an at-large team.

I was hoping for 9-9 before the season so 11-7 is a very nice year, even if the Ga. Tech loss still bugs me.

A friend of mine is working his way through the referee ranks and currently does high school and NCAA D2 games. NC State always hires him for scrimmages. He said we look awful this year and that we just don't have any talent.
