very excited about person. ran the same play three times in a row with him and he just beasted it.

i think his best run of the day was the one that got flagged -- he broke like three tackles while keeping himself from going down twice. it was sick.

Finley had a bad game. He was just plain bad in the first half, making terrible reads and poor decisions. Luckily, he got bailed out by amazing WR play and multiple drops by the UVA defense. Yes, his stats look fine, but that was one of his worst efforts in an NC State uniform.

The defense played really, really well today. Kept contain for the most part on an extremely mobile qb and played well enough in coverage. We would have been in trouble today without a good showing by the d.

I don't see how Person doesn't get the majority of snaps from here on out, assuming he stays healthy. At this point I would be fine with a RB depth chart of him, then Gallaspy and Bodine backing him up. Did Pennix even play today? I don't recall ever seeing him in the game.

I'm not sure Pennix is going to end up at RB after this year. He was recruited as an ATH and think he was mainly getting run at RB out of necessity, kind of like that Baker-Williams in the first game.
