^ yeah clemson fans have lost their fucking minds. I used to think they were fairly normal fans - passionate but seemingly normal. But damn...seeing them on twitter and shakinthesouthland this week ... they have lost their minds. Filled with hate directed toward DD and State. It’s weird. They are essentially on Alabama’s level in terms of recent success and dominance but they choose to be incredibly petty and obsessed with a program as mediocre as ours.

^^idk but pretty sure we're wearing red helmets. you could see red underneath the padded covers they wear during practice this week on their social media posts. So really the only question is what pants.

clemson has always been one of the most friendly and enjoyable places to tailgate in my experience, i don't think the faux outrage is at all representative of the clemson fanbase at large. home or away i can't think of a single issue i've ever had with clemson fans, in fact i can't think of any other acc school i would rank above them in terms of their fans.

I think they loss their minds mainly because they have gradually realized how important this game is for them. They have to defend the Death Valley, their home court. It's becoming the biggest game for them before the trip to Boston.
In the meanwhile, the Textile Bowl is attracting attentions nationally. They feel the chip on their shoulders. So they get crazy a little bit. But they will get used to it.

my sense of this game has been thats its going to be the one doeren finally gets over the hump with or its a 30 point blow out that we're never in. the close loss of the last couple years just isnt happening

Just a had a dream that we lose a warm up game to Notre Dame tomorrow a few hours before the Clemson game. Down 5, late in the hame, we drop a sure pick 6. 2 plays later Notre Dame scores a TD on a deep pass to secure the victory.

Sorry guys, but it looks like we are losing to Notre Dame tomorrow. And honestly, idk how we are going to bounce back to beat Clemson a few hours after that.
