we won down 2 guys. i know pitt isn't great or anything, but this had all the makings of a sad loss. soul crushing loss vs UNC earlier in the week, Walker gets ejected 2 mins in, Markell gets hurt ~10 mins in, Dorn, Bryce, Braxton all had meh shooting games. good recipe for a L. and with no Walker and Markell, most of us would understand a loss here.

but this team is actually good. like, i don't know if we're really good or just pretty good. but i know we're good. i don't remember the last time i *knew* a State team was good. there's been a few times where i knew a State team could be good. or where i knew a State team was sometimes good. but consistently good? i don't know...it's been a while since that happened. but i know we're good right now.

funderburk is a beast. lockett had a great game, especially after not playing vs UNC. daniels stepped up. gg, guys. it feels good to be a legit top 25 team.

I'm still really surprised we won. Pitt doesnt suck, and we were ice cold most of the game.

Plus we were missing 2 of our most important players, Pitt made 18 FTs the 1st half, and we missed something like 15 straight shots in the 2nd half.
