It hurts that Harris sucks. Because Braxton isn’t a true PG but is forced to play point now. And he’s our best shooter so it’s kinda a domino effect. Our PG play suffers and our shooting suffers because our shooters are playing point. But yeah Markell is also super duper good

It's not necessarily that markell is that good, it's that having him do the things he's good at means the rest of the team doesn't have try to do those things.

And the rest of the team is clearly not good at the PG critical skills

This offense doesn't really do PG in the traditional sense. Frequently whoever gets the rebound brings it up, after that it's up to players to make plays.

yeah, dms has the right analysis. theres a lot of factors that go into why its such a huge problem having beverly at pg. he'd be ok there with different rosters, he'd be fine as a "pg" who plays like derek fisher if we had a different roster, etc

Markell is also the best on the team at getting to the rim and taking his guy off the dribble. Dorn, Daniels, and Bryce are ok at that but not consistently enough to break down the defense like Kells can
