Actually did some more research checking the NC Voter search to see if he'd gotten a new place. He has, sort of. Greg is actually registered at:

401 Oberlin Rd #321 Raleigh, NC.

So he is actually living right by CV, which jives with the story from Dynasty2004 that he's seen him drinking at Village Draft House. I followed up and checked on Kathy and Austin. They are both still registered at the house on 423 Wayfield Lane in Cary. So wonder if its more of a break up situation between Greg and Kathy and he's taking it hard? Maybe causing him to drink too much or suffer other mental issues? Or maybe since both their kids are out of school they are just downsizing from the 4000' square foot house in Cary and she just hasn't updated her voter registration.

Maybe we are all right on this. He and wife are getting divorced due to his porn addiction. He moved out and she's selling the house now because he got busted watching pr0n at work or coming in drunk (maybe both?), which forced WRAL to let him go.
