Funny story ... at carolina beach one night we were fucking around in a shitty dive shooting pool me my girl and a her aunt and uncle. We were just duffing around just playing with them not being serious. Two kids came in a dude and a girl in a security shirt and watched us and asked to play for money like they were sharks. Me and her uncle proceeded to clean their clocks in the game. My girl starts singing someone got that security money security money as they walked out. I too finally got an update where the IRS page asks for my banking info...only to find another headache. Still using 2018 taxes, have not yet filed my 2019.

I had my refund applied to my estimated taxes for next year, so I don't know if numbers dont match or what. I even verified the numbers my logging into my tax account on their site, but I'm wondering if it doesnt consider estimated taxes as a "refund" or "payment".

It gives me an error and then locks me out for 24 hours.

I put that $3400 straight in savings. Wife and I are both still gainfully employed with no changes in income. Work stopped charging for parking and a couple of other expenses dropped off so the main thing we've been spending on lately is take out to support our local restaurants and a couple of extra curricular activities for our kids that are now online. Definitely feel super lucky/blessed that we are currently weathering this shit better than many others around the country.

I'm curious why they say Payment status not determined instead of No when you exceed the income limits.

Part of me assumes they built the site when they knew checks were going out but before congress settled on the limits.

IRS finally asked for my bank info so I gave it to them. Now the website says they're mailing out my check...

Very happy to have my government handout check.

I was also happy to hear on the news on Tuesday that dead people received their checks before i did.
