I smoked 30 a day in my heyday. When I quit I don't recall coughing up tar though, but maybe I didn' cough into a paper towel or something.

20 cigs a day is relatively normal for a smoker. Pack a day. Idk how the hell ppl like john wayne smoked 6 packs a day etc. i think most ever in a day was about 57 or so, and that was like a 24 hour day

Bike ride to grocery store this morning for strawberries. It picks the effort not me, I'd say it was kinda easy? Prior route I used to the same grocery store had bigger hill
