Sliding down was fine. Running an end around instead of putting the ball in Henry's hands or Lamar's hands is extremely questionable. Harbaugh just tried to out think the Bills there instead of relying on what got him the lead in the first place.

I thought the decision to run on 1st and second down, to make BUF burn TOs, and then attempt a pass on 3rd down was fine. One or two missed tackles on that third down pass and the game is over.

^^should have really ran routes to the sticks on 3rd down. But regardless, should have went for it on 4th and short.

Just an incredibly poorly called final drive for the ravens. Incredibly frustrating to watch as a football fan. That's the textbook definition of playing not to lose and it came back to bite them. Not to mention the incredibly soft defense on the game winning drive. No blitzes and off coverage allowing big chunk plays. That loss is on Harbaugh IMO. It's like he was getting advice from Dave Doeren.
