You need any Datsun 280ZX parts? I might have 'em.

I do have a kaminari air dam for mine (might need a patch or two on the backside, but still nice) I'll let go for 50 dolla. Won't fit anything but a Datsun 280ZX (1979-1983).

3.90 diff (R200) with tripod-style cv shafts and corresponding companion flanges for the stub axles.

4-row radiator.

5 speed tranny with all new bearings.

Other goodies here and there.

Putting out another feeler for a replacement engine for my '79 Malibu. (currently has a broke 267 V8) (chevy) 350 or 305 preferred, would consider another 267 or even a 3.8 (231) V6 if the price was good enough. I just want to be able to take the car out of storage and get it back roadworthy, the actual upgrades will have to wait. Miles are OK as long as it runs and doesn't burn too much oil.

Do they still do emissions visuals on pre-'95 vehicles? If so, it probably needs to be of roughly the same vintage as the car, or newer.

Let me know if anyone has or knows of an engine fitting these guidelines....or a cheap car containing such an engine...

FS- Ford C4 3 speed automatic. Sourced from my '69 Mustang (302, 2bbl, 2.79 open 8" rear = not a drag car)

You get:

* Block plate - small block Ford, 6 bolt block
* Bell housing - same ^
* Starter - small block Ford, new, slightly rust discolored.
* Flex plate - new, Napa sourced, early imbalance (28 oz.)
* Torque converter(s) - two, unknown. One was factory stock, other is from Uncle Glenn.
* C4 tranny - Stage 3 B&M shift kit installed (never run), no leaks when last run (~5 yrs or so), stock pan with stud kit and new gasket. Shifted just fine when last on the road, no slipping. When we put the shift kit in, we tightened/adjusted as necessary the bands per Haynes. Adjustable modulator installed. New filter.
* Shifter - B&M ratchet Megashifter (new, never used but slightly rusty from non-climate controlled garage, functions fine), shifter cable, bracket to trans, misc. electrical parts (neutral safety and reverse light switches).
* Tranny mount - factory 69 'stang part.
* Lokar braided S/S dipstick kit - new, never used. Installed w/o modifications.
* Misc. 69 'stang auto parts - metal vacuum line, downshift/kickdown lever, etc.

Might have a few other odds and ends (like driveshaft, original Mustang shifter, etc) if anyone is interested or knows someone who might be interested. Email for more info. I've just pulled the parts out of the car and haven't inventoried yet, the above list is off the top of my head.

I will be posting online and maybe locally as well.
