January 1st - 215.2 lbs
This morning - 167.4

Loss of 47.8 lbs in 123 days.

only 2.2 pounds to go.

On a side note, after a million compliments on the weight loss, last night I got my first "you looked better before." she also said "you were all cuddly before, now you just look frail."
and shes only like 100 pounds.

i never got the "you looked better before", but i definately got the "damn, you're too skinny" when i went from 220 to 170.

but then i turned to lifting, and im up to 185 now, which is comfortable weight i thinkd

for those who are curious about nutritional information/weight watcher points

http://www.dietfacts.com is an awesome site and has tons of restaurants...i started mine again today even though i've played in 4 softball games since thursday...i have to get it in my head that there are healthier options than a "healthy" combo from wendy's (i.e. grilled chicken sandwich and salad). i lost 30 pounds the last time i dieted, but didn't keep it all off...

gg on this thread btw...i like going through and seeing the progress and signed up on the site blasphemour listed (weighttracker.info). with 3 to 4 more softball games tomorrow...that should help me get a good start and see some progress initially.

It's amazing what some stress reduction can do. In the past month, I took the following steps to reduce stress:

1) Quit stressful job that paid peanuts and kept me occupied 70+ hours per week
2) Got new job that pays 50% more and gives me a little more free time
3) Moved to a house on the same block where I save $150 per month in total expenditures

The result? I finally lost the last ten pounds. Stress really can impact your weight. Unfortunately, controlling stress is easier said than done.

^ yeah, scales are pretty unreliable... I have two different ones that weigh me about 6 pounds apart. A physician told me that home scales can even be influenced by the temperature outside

Im sure it has to do more with digestion and water weight. I drank a shitload last night, so Im sure the dehydration is playing a large factor.

This shit is hard. I've been doing wonderful, but without seeing any noticeable progress (about 2-3 weeks), it is difficult. I really think it will be easy once I See that it is works. (ofcourse I know it works, but there is something inspiring about a pair of jeans fitting better)

Big fucking deal for me. I was kind of skeptical at first when it came to getting below last years small weight, I blew through that no problem. Imagine a few months from now. Gah damn.

I'm fucking excited.

So the scale is saying that I've lost three pounds this week. Now I was on vacation and didn't do any weight lifting. I did workout however. I'm thinking some of that weight is muscle. Agree? Disagree?

haha thanks Kiwi and ambrosia!!!

I wanna get down in the low 120s before I get 'hitched'...

But that shouldn't be too difficult considering that won't happen till aug or sept of 2008.

Yeah the ring is..... damn.

15 months (and lived together 80% of it! ack!).

I guess it's not that long... but we've both had long relationships before each other and he is 27 and I am 23 so we know what the deal is and what we love in a relationship.

We'll be together over 2.5 years when we get married though.

I wonder how shocked I'll be when the dude proposes lol. I don't know how I'll react.
