piddlebug you should go to the doctor and get the pain checked out. In college I had similar symptoms of appendicitis and i went to the ER. Ended up being a cyst on my ovary.

But then 3 years later I did end up having appendicitis and I had zero symptoms except for a funny pain on my side. I had no stomach ache, no vomiting, no fever. If I hadn't gone to Urgent Care just to "be sure" my appendix would have ruptured that night.

Update on piddlebug - it is acute appendicitis and she is going in tonight. Luckily it was caught early enough so it should be a fairly simple procedure. Thanks to all of y'all who gave advice and helped convince her to come in tonight! And ill update later
