^4 same... only I just feel lethargic as fuck not fat/skinny. My legs don't even want to walk. But I'll get out there and play one lazy game to get my blood flowing and I'll be fine.

^^yeah i know how that goes.... if i'm feeling lazy i usually try to play defense on the best person on the other team as long as they aren't too tall. If i have to follow them around on defense and pay attention it usually helps me get motivated and moving faster right away. But then i might waste too much energy playing defense and i'll be too tired to score

you're not kidding. i stopped to count at one point and i literally was doing 12 things at once, including the use of 5 workstations.

and i got this new thing where instead of smoke breaks, i take a sit outside for 10 minutes and watch people smoke breaks. and it was so sticky outside that i started to break out with heat rash and had to stay inside.
