yuck i might get neighbors. i live in apts that just got turned into condos so they were all emptied out (for the most part). there are 6 in my building between 2 floors. right now 1 lady downstairs has a studio she doesn't live in, just comes over to paint in. and its me and another guy upstairs. i like it the way it is. no neighbors plz.
