work right across from the mall, kind of crazy during the afternoon - news helicopters were still there when I left around 6ish. A bunch of co-workers were shopping when it happened, but didn't see/hear anything (luckily).
Dinner - I should probably do that.... a bit of wine, too. No good beer here tonight - need to buy more 12/6/2007 7:24:52 PM |

Prally just local house party here...I've been severely underwhelmed by Charlotte's downtown for new years.
Shitty fireworks, long lines for bars, and $30 covers with no drinks included? Fuck THAT. 12/11/2007 3:55:25 PM |
beergolftile All American 9030 Posts user info edit post |
yeah, i can see the house easily now from freedom - there is a lot of building going on around there with the new greenway going in behind the house. 12/11/2007 3:58:00 PM |

Doubt I'll be frequenting the bars due to "Shitty fireworks, long lines for bars, and $30 covers with no drinks included? Fuck THAT."
Probably a house party of some sort. I think my roommate (and at least one of his pets) will be out of town for the holiday, so I'll probably be relishing the time alone.
Oh yeah, and my cast comes off on the 3rd - so trying not to fuck anything up between new years - jan 3rd

Went to Southend Brewery for New Year's last year but I haven't heard if they're having a party again... It was fun though, I hope they do.
My friend from NYC is coming to go out for New Year's in Charlotte with me and I don't want to disappoint her so I have to find something fun

The Charlotte NC State Alumni Club is looking for a new home on the web. If anyone know a good web host, or better yet an alumni that does web hosting, shoot me a message and let me know.
Thanks.
