The new girl took today off, so I'm filling in for her.

She can't/won't do the paperwork right.
She's more than a little off (in that 'hears voices but takes meds for it' way).
Sometimes she just doesn't do the work. It's not a lot, but if we come in and it's not done, it's a big deal to get in done in time for all the evening events.

...And I can't say anything yet because she's still 'learning'
