Being that kills from Killstreak rewards do not count toward your killstreak, this is on of the most value rewards out there. It can't be shot down, the sensor does no pulse (unlike the Spyplane), and you see exactly which direction the enemy is facing. In fact the Spyplane and the Blackbird are probably the best killstreaks in this game in my opinion, that's if you are really trying to win.

I think killstreaks should either be more awesome/powerful (like they were in MW2) and not count towards higher ones - or mediocre like they are but count towards higher ones.

I feel like Chopper Gunner is the only one that has any affect on gameplay.



The SR71 is great but its so easy to get killed if you aren't camping in this game that its kind of pointless to go after anyone on the map that isn't outside. There are so many angles that 95% of the time if you aren't crouched in some corner somewhere or sprinting through a corridor, theres like 3 potential spots minimum that you can be flanked/shot from. I feel like in MW2 it was easier to check the vulnerable spots than it is in this game but maybe i just don't know the camping spots ( i mean maps) well enough yet.

at first it seems like the killstreaks are ineffective but napalm for instance can be very useful on domination when taking a flag

i like them the way they are. mw2 made me lazy so black ops in return has made me step my game up.

Yeah Demolition is fucked up because there's a couple set spawns for each team that never change no matter what. I saw a guy get 140 kills in a Demolition game once because of that.

I played some combat training today and was trying to go

Has anybody gotten the "load multiplayer by default" option to work? I've enabled it several times and it reverts back to "disabled" the next time i start the game. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice for the game to go straight to MP instead of the main menu.

Also upon starting the game, Treyarch's flashy, seizure-inducing intro scene, I can't skip it until 2-3 seconds in. Anybody know a way to skip it immediately?

^ Works for me most of the time. Maybe once out of 20 startups, it'll load the main menu for whatever reason. I've never seen the option actually reset itself, though.

I'm starting to get tired of this game already. COD will never be fixed to the point of just having sheer fun like in COD3. Black Ops might be my last rodeo with the series unless they make a whole new game that is more fun than stressful.
