Good luck hiring a big name coach when you're facing major disciplinary action from the NCAA, including the loss of scholarships and bowl bans.

Now those assholes know what it feels like to be on the wrong side of a witch hunt. Hopefully it sets the program back for decades, like our over-the-top response to the Jimmy V scandal. Perhaps when Baddour gets fired, we can send them some fuckup alumni to ruin their program from within, like Todd Turner did to us.

oh yeah, and they claim the administration waited this long to announce the hire so they could bring as much money in as they can for the stadium addition/renovation

If you've forgotten what it says on the your diploma, on your that sweatshirt you have on in that picture of you at Kenan stadium when you were a kid, where your family and friends went to school, where you perhaps met your wife or husband, where you cheered until you didn't have any voice left...

If you've forgotten the school that believed in you, the school that has existed for hundreds of years, the nation's oldest public university which has given you innumerable moments of joys to counter those of despair, where you came of age, where you learned more from simply living than you ever did in the classroom although you sure learned a lot in the classroom...

If you've forgotten the object of your affection, the reason we cheer for Carolina football, a tradition that spans the decades...


...then I feel sorry for you. Because I love UNC. Not Butch Davis.
