that was the promo running the first year I got super hardcore into the Braves, as in seeing probably 95% of the games on TV, knowing the roster in and out and most of the bigger names in AAA and AA too (was a bit harder back in the pre-internet games)

Seriously though this play-in game idea sucks ass. I like the idea of penalizing the wild card and rewarding division winners, but the Braves deserve the chance to actually play more than one game in the postseason. It sad to believe Chipper's career will end with this abortion. Oh well I guess the Braves have no one to blame but themselves for playing like complete shit.
