i gave sid and tob way too much time/leeway to prove themselves -- which makes me feel like a hypocritical dumbshit to say this now....

but doeren is fucking pathetic, even when you take out his AWFUL 4th down calls the past two weeks. when those are included...shit, those are just fundamental fuckups of colossal proportion.

he's not going to make it. we certainly can't get rid of him in his first year...but fuck, a couple more years of this? just awful.

What an incredible season. We have such a weak schedule and we have managed to perform sub par against any talent.

Doeren has lost a lot of credibility the last few games. I understand we have a shit QB situation but gotdamned even Amato managed to win a few ACC games with the epic shittyness that was Beck, Davis and Stone.

I don't agree with the swapping of QBs every series. They both suck but they suck even worse when you swap them like that. It reduces any chance of getting momentum or building confidence. Honestly I think we would be in a lot better situation if Mitchell had of been out for the season.

On the QBs I believe Pete Thomas is the lessor of two evils. He has basic QB skills and can make a play every now and then. Mitchell is probably the worst QB I have seen in a while. Very poor decision making skills. He should be utilized as a WR or in Wildcat like we did with Sheriffs.

When's the last time an ACC coach got less than 3 years?

You get to wait until November 2015 to see if he can win 6 games, which is a crappy standard, but I don't think there's precedence for anything but that.

How long until our facilities are no longer world-class and we no longer have ANYTHING to point to and say "we have BCS potential!"? We've been living off that crap for a decade now, convincing ourselves we're a coach away.
