i guess not. i mean i wasnt there when she was actually stripping or anything but we were changing for a show and she had to wear a thong and proceeded to push it on up there which prompted the conversation.

i mean she pulled back the lip stuck it wayyyyyyy up there and went on.

she did not change out of the thong for the whole night (there was an after party where lots of dancing ensued) and it never showed.....

The heavy days are when the cup is the best. Holds way more than a tampon. You might have to empty it 3 times a day instead of 2, but so much better than a million tampons.

Also, buy some vitamin k. I take it for the first several days and helps a lot with reducing blood loss.
