I think my DVR box is fux0red

I bought a movie from the On demand channel, I get 12 minutes into the movie and it fucks up. Says that it can't be accessed after repeated tries and so I reboot the box. When it reboots it skips the second box in the progress thing on the Mystro screen (wtf?) and when it comes up, it says that all the channels are blocked. I unblock them, but I can't pull up the guide and when I hit list to try and playback something I recorded it just says "no string." This makes me sad
