sometimes when I beat Ill bust on a peice of printer paper and fold it up and throw it in the trash

But lately I've had crazy trajectory on my loads and been overshooting the papers

so now I have to hold it at a 45 degree angle and use the back half of it as a backboard of sorts to catch my nut

it works to an extent, but I may just go back to my high school method of nutting straight into the garbage can

its less restrictive on my form, and I don't have to limit my distance that way
