so i was exposed to one of my first official firings today. Well, i wasn't in the room but working in the office i knew it was happening today. I can't imagine being 50 and losing a job, I couldn't imagine being laid off period, i've never had to go through it with my parents but I imagine its absolutely horrible.

I think the guy knew it was coming though, He was actually one of our foremen and he had taken a two week vacation and dropped his company truck off before he left.
