holy fucking god Hooters service sucks

8:30-arrive at hooters
8:45-finally get seated. note, half the restaurant is empty but they're still taking names at the door for some reason..but then not seating anybody.
9:00-finally get my first beer. waitress does not introduce herself and makes a smartass comment about how my ID is probably fake
9:40-people that were sat after me are done eating and leave
10:00-NEW people behind me have now received their food
10:10-I ask for another beer
10:20-receive another beer
10:45-ask about my food, she tells me its not her problem that it hasn't came out yet and says it should be out soon
10:50-table behind me is done and leaves
10:51-i walk out, do not pay, and go to fucking zaxby's and get me some food

jesus fucking christ bad service is my biggest pet peeve. i leave 30%+ tips all the time, the least you can fucking do is admit the kitchen is being slow or you forgot to put my order in or you don't know what the fuck is going on.. any sort of communication would be great
