depending on the size of the company and the amount of paperwork... it's usually cheaper to just send it out to an imaging company -- but this scanner (kodak i610) will hold like 250+ sheets in the tray and scan front and back simultaneously at a rate of 150-160 pages per minute. it's fucking insane. so you can print out a copy of a operations report or a really long product comparison summary, give em to the guy, and be able to pull the file off the network drive like 10 minutes later. so it probably pays for itself with the volume of paperwork we have

i'm gonna bring all my old tax returns and all the other important documents i save (probably 1000 pages or so) and have the guy pop em on CD for me. it would take forever with a normal scanner! i'm also thinking about getting all my old film photos digitized.

I'm so tired

This isn't fun at all, I'm one of those people that need at least 8 hours of sleep a night for me to feel okay and since thursday night (the past 5 nights) I've only had 20 hours of sleep total. I feel like complete crap and I don't know why I keep waking up so early in the morning with only 4 hours of sleep a night when I am so tired. It seems like the earlier I go to bed now the earlier I wake up.

I'm really sorry if I'm in a bad mood with anyone today, I can't help it, I'm so fucking tired and I just wanna cry, this isn't fair
