I'm such a ghost...but not for long...I'm gonna look like I just got back from a nice caribbean cruise for leslie's wedding in June...also, I'll be skinnier, the dress that fit me back in feb, is now hanging on me as of friday morning...can't wait to see how it looks when I get it altered.

well I can give you my secret...it consists of a diet of 2 or three special k protien bars a day followed by a dinner of around 500 calories. I also (try to) work out at least 5 days a week.

well I am taking a med that helps control my appetite and I don't really think about food. I'm just teaching myself to eat only when I'm hungry, and the key is to eat protein, it keeps your feeling full longer.
