nope i ate some ramen this weekend but i mean...i survived all of college on ramen and other bad foods without being thirsty all the time. i hope one meal of ramen wouldn't make me drink like tons of water. usually i just eat like salad. and cereal. and turkey sandwiches.

if a regular person was drinking as much water as you seem to be they would get hyponatremia (low blood sodium) and thats what killed that lady in the contest to get a wii


so if you can drink THAT much water, and still maintain a normal serum sodium, its turned on a small alarm in my head.


SO while you are waiting to get to the doctor i would incorporate some gatoraid into your rotation of chugging water, just to make sure your serum sodium doesnt drop too low.

it should be between 135 and 145

i don't pee a lot. and i feel like i'm drinking more than 8 glasses anyway. i drink like 2 or 3 in the morning and then i drink a bottle of water during my first class a bottle of water at the gym like a shitload of water after that i can't even keep track of and then like 2 glasses before bed and sometimes i get out of bed to get another glass. that is already a bunch of water. and i feel like i could drink more but i restrain myself because i don't want to die. like right now i'm really thirsty but i just finished a glass. mmmm waterrrrrrrrrrrr.

but at anyrate if you havent had your yearly checkup, now is a good time to go and tell the good doc about your thirst.
drinking 8 glasses a day for the hell of it is a good thing, but drinking 8 glasses and STILL being really thirsty all the time is not normal, go get it checked out

just depends, some of the freaking is out of the way, but if the dx is bad.... then the freakage is much much worse

by the time they get to me they have had their brain tumors removed and the worst of the freaking out is over.
