yea, good job to the ducks for capitalizing on our mistakes this series... im bitter yes,,, but it should have been our game 5... who cares, its in the past now. looking forward i think i'd rather see anaheim win it than ottawa (basically rather than a canadien team)

hasek played hard... but as someone ^^^^ up there somewhere said... he IS done, he could stay if he wants, cause he played pretty freakin well with what our lack of defense gave him,,, but seeing him constantly on his back just makes me think he's working too hard and can't keep up... i dont even know what to say really. but its time for a new goalie... maybe give osgood another two years, he did win a stanley cup, granted he had the best skaters money could buy on that team, but still... it will be an interesting offseason for the wings with getting rid of age and recruiting and paying for young talent

howard is decent. I watched him play last season in the AHL quite a bit. i'm not sure if he's ready to take on the #1 spot in motown though. everybody is used to big name goalies and there would be a shitload of grumbling if he was handed the starting spot straight out of training camp
