Again...surprised at my lack of "giving a shit." This morning.

I also think that this is just a bump in the road. One...Maryland is tough defensively and we don't match up with them well. Two...we really did play like shit (although they did too...and could/should have beaten us worse).

We're going to have at least 3/4 losses in the ACC this year and this isn't a bad one [on paper].

pretty much my attitude as well. this team will get to 20 wins faster than any ncsu team in recent memory.

i remember my freshman year we were 11-5 in the acc, finished second behind duke, and gave a game to maryland in the second round of the acc tourney (and maryland ended up beating duke in the final). that team was a 3 seed.

looking at the schedule, we have a great chance to finish better than that team (at least winning percentage-wise, since we play more than 16 conference games now).

guys, I have to man up and take the blame for this loss. Normally I'm in on page 1 with the dancing L and bed-shutting pictures, but I slacked off and didn't get it in on time. That is all on me. I know, it didn't help that TT10 changed the pictures via some javascript when I did finally post them, but if I had put them on the right page, it might not have mattered. The combination of the wrong pictures and the wrong page was just too much for our team to handle, and I think it hurt their morale. I'm goign to give 110% for the rest of the season and be sure to get my valuable content onto the first page from now on. Please accept my apologies for letting everyone down. Thanks.

A different look on offense with brown at the 2. Lewis is a point guard. Maybe he could have ran our offense in a different way. I know he's not good but you guys act like he's some walkon. We needed a spark.

i dont know if you missed the game but we needed to try our best to win. if that means lewis doesnt get to play, sorry.

He should probably get used to that, he's played himself out of the rotation really

I was in the "wait and see, he should get better" crowd with lewis, but after the duke game...not so sure. The big selling point for him was his incredible basketball IQ and vision. Then he misses a wide open purvis on a fast break. I still think he'll be a solid contributor in 2-3 years but have no qualms with him not seeing any minutes against quality opponents.
