well either way we're getting an alarm system. we've become accustomed to knowing when doors/windows are being opened or closed thanks the place we've been in the last couple of years, lol.

we're also fencing in the yard, redoing the siding on the house, replacing carpet, repainting the inside and remodeling the bathrooms.

so we'll be busy for a while.
