Okay for anyone who has been keeping up or even cares here is my official weight loss numbers:


Since Feb 26 2008 I have
Lost 13 lbs
Lost 11.5 inches
-1.5 in my shoulders
-2.5 in my breast
-1 in my abdomen
-3 in my waist
-1.5 in my hips
-2 in my thighs
My BMI has gone down 2.5 points
My Fat% has gone down 1.7%
My Fat mass has dropped down 7.56 lbs
My Lean body mass has dropped 8.29 lbs

It's been two months. I'll be honest, this past month I haven't been working out like I should have been and I've been extra stressed about school, so I'm sure that didn't help. But with my exams over at the end of this week, my next weigh in should be much better.
