i've seen a few people have a security person take their higher end cameras away and give them a voucher to pick it up after the game, but that's probably 2 or 3 out of literally hundreds i've seen not taken away

^^ Yeah that was pretty ridiculous. They only had 15 or so skaters dressed for one game, and two guys (one of which was Ladd) left the game not to return in the first minute or two. Some of the guys who were actually left on the ice probably shouldn't have been there. No surprise they got blown out 8-1.
